Students who are taking a gap year, who are not considered a transfer student, qualify for 91èÏÈÉú Tuition Promise if enrolling for Fall 2024.

Commuter students that meet all conditions of eligibility will qualify for 91èÏÈÉú Tuition Promise, residence on campus is not a requirement.

You must be a Pennsylvania resident as outlined in the PA State Grant law and policy. More information can be found at pheaa.org.

Consideration for 91èÏÈÉú Tuition Promise is at time of admissions prior to the March 1 deadline. If income increases in a subsequent academic year, and you are no longer eligible for 91èÏÈÉú Tuition Promise, we will renew only your scholarships and grants that were applicable at the time of admissions.

If circumstances have changed, such as job loss or death of parent/spouse, please contact the Office of Financial Aid to review for a professional judgment review.

If eligible for the 91èÏÈÉú Tuition Promise, your 91èÏÈÉú aid, Federal, and PA State grants will apply directly to tuition. You may utilize loan eligibility and outside private grants and scholarships towards additional expenses associated with your cost of attendance. If conditions are associated with outside aid, the Office of Financial Aid will work on those details with you.

Veteran and Military benefits that are paid directly to the college may have tuition only payment requirements. The School Certifying Official in the Office of Financial Aid will help you determine federal, state, and 91èÏÈÉú aid that can apply to other expenses.
